ABOUT PROGRAM STUDY

In the Medical Records Study Program (Medical Records and Health Information), you will learn things which include recording, reporting, collecting, registering, filling out, and analyzing data related to information needs to diagnose patients in order to get proper treatment and care. Medical record documents are very important so your role here will also be very much needed. The doctor will provide treatment to the patient based on the medical record that you have made. For this reason, the D3 Medical Record and Health Information study program at the Medica Farma Polytechnic was held to create superior medical recorders in the field of health financing systems

Becoming a Superior D3 Medical Record and Health Information Study Program in Management of Health Financing Systems and Management of Health Information in Health Service Facilities in 2025

MISSION

Organizing education on medical records and health information based on superior information technology in aspects of managing the health financing system and management of health information at Health Facilities and referring to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI)
Carrying out research and community service in the field of managing the health financing system and management of health information at health facilities
Developing quality and quantity in various research and community service schemes for lecturers and students in the management of health financing systems and health information management in public health facilities as an effort to face global competition
Develop collaboration and capabilities in organizational systems, evaluation, management, and management of human resources owned by utilizing advances in the field of information technology, especially in the management of health financing systems and management of health information at Health Facilities
Developing the quality of graduates who are able to create jobs so that the brand image of the study program is realized in the midst of the public in developing entrepreneurship and development in the field of medical records and health information, especially in the field of managing health financing systems and management of health information in health facilities
