History

Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic was established and fostered by the Medika Cipta Mandiri Mataram Foundation (YMCMM) based on Notarial Deed. 36 Dated January 21, 2008 by HERMANTO, SH ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-3213 AH 01-02 Year 2008 and established in Jakarta on July 22, 2008. Polytechnic “Medica Farma Husada” Mataram academically and legally has been in existence since 5 September 2009 and has an Operational Permit No. 157/D/O/2009 dated 25 September 2009. Based on the operational permit, the Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic has three health study programs, namely Diploma III Health Analyst, Diploma III Pharmacy and Diploma III Medical record.

Medica Farma Husada Polytechnic Mataram extended its study program license in 2011 with the extension permit number for the Health Analyst DIII Study Program, 8297/D/T/K-VIII/2011. DIII Pharmacy Study Program with extension permit number 8295//D/T/K-VIII/2011 and DIII Medical Record Study Program 8296/D/T/K-VIII/2011.

In improving and developing academic activities in 2021 the Medica Farma Husada Polytechnic will add new study programs, namely Diploma III Applied Statistics with operating license 023/D/OT/2021 dated 26 February 2021, Applied Bachelor of Software Engineering with operating license 094/D/ OT/2021 dated June 24, 2021 and Bachelor of Applied Management of Archives and Records of Information with operating license 192/D/OT/2021 dated December 9, 2021.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 720/KPT/I/2019 concerning Changes in the Name of the Study Program, the Diploma III Medical Record Study Program changed its name to the Diploma III Medical Record and Health Information Study Program and the Diploma III Study Program Health Analyst changed its name to Diploma III Study Program in Medical Laboratory Technology.

The development of the “Medica Farma Husada” Polytechnic Mataram has progressed very rapidly, both in terms of student interest, infrastructure and national achievements. This is evidenced by the increasing public trust in carrying out their education at the “Medica Farma Husada” Polytechnic Mataram seen in the number of students who have increased where in 2022 the number of students reached 549 students, the achievement of ranking 37 national students according to the student ranking system (SIMKATMAWA) in 2022. 2021 and the addition of the Gemilang Lecture Building.
